Jack Courter Joins BCC’s M & A Team

BCC Advisers is pleased to announce the addition of Jack Courter to the firm’s M&A practice. Jack is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting company background, financial, guideline company, economic and industry information pertinent to supporting the development of merger and acquisition intelligence as well as business valuation projects.

Jack is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting company background, financial, guideline company, economic and industry information pertinent to supporting the development of merger and acquisition intelligence as well as business valuation projects.

Prior to joining BCC, Jack worked for IBM in Rochester, Minnesota as a financial analyst, managing depreciation expense of internal assets and providing expense forecasting. During his academic career he completed an internship valuing and selling commercial real estate in Cape Town, South Africa. Jack also founded the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention at U of I.

Jack is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance with a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management. He is currently working toward his Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
