Tom Cavanagh Named Director of M&A and Shareholder

BCC Advisers is pleased to announce that Tom R. Cavanagh has been named Director of M&A and Shareholder of the firm.

Tom Cavanagh joined BCC’s investment banking team in 2006 and works with BCC’s M&A clients, assisting business owners and managers in identifying and accomplishing their business transfer goals. He also manages BCC’s collaboration with international colleagues on global assignments. Tom is a licensed Iowa Real Estate Agent, and a Registered Representative with StillPoint Capital, LLC, licensed to deal in securities relating to business transfer and corporate finance engagements.

Tom and BCC are members of the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) with affiliated offices worldwide, providing the firm with global reach. Tom is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a founding board member of Morsel Combat, LLC, an active supporter of Meals from the Heartland, a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and a graduate of the Leadership Iowa class of 2014. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his M.B.A. from Drake University.
