Lindy Ireland Presents at National ESOP Conference

Lindy Ireland shared her expertise at the 2014 NCEO Annual ESOP Conference where over 1,200 attendees representing businesses from across the U.S. gathered in Atlanta, Georgia, April 7-10. Sponsored by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), this 4-day conference delivered timely and practical insights on emerging trends, legal issues, best management practices and much more. Lindy moderated a panel of two valuation advisors and an ESOP trustee discussing valuation issues in preparing for a stock transaction. She also led a group discussion at the Expert Roundtable Luncheon on the topic “Helping your Employees Understand Value and How They Influence It.”
