Kyle Larson Accepted in West Des Moines Leadership Academy

BCC Advisers is pleased to announce that Kyle Larson has been nominated and accepted into the West Des Moines Leadership Academy program class of 2018-2019.

Taught by local leaders, the West Des Moines Leadership Academy (WDMLA) is designed for outstanding individuals who desire to sharpen their leadership skills and gain a greater understanding of the region's economy and community networks. Participants take part in a nine-month leadership “boot camp” through hands-on training, panel discussions, site visits, and speaker presentations engaging leaders in our community, creating a greater awareness and understanding of leadership needs in the years to come. An in-depth look is provided at such topics as city government, economic development, health care resources, non-profit organization, education and more.

The course is designed for those who represent various business and professional sectors of the community, and for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing our community while developing and refining their leadership skills. Participants are selected based upon leadership potential, community interest and involvement, accomplishments, recommendations and ability to assume community responsibility.

Kyle is a transaction adviser working primarily in BCC’s M&A practice. He joined the investment banking team in 2014, and is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to develop M&A intelligence, as well as assist business owners in accomplishing their business transfer goals.
