BCC Advisers Names Vice Presidents

BCC Advisers is pleased to announce that shareholders Jennifer A. Julander, Lindy D. Ireland, and Tom R. Cavanagh have been named Vice President.

Jennifer Julander joined BCC in 2007 and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers. She specializes in the appraisal of closely-held businesses and professional practices for a variety of purposes including estate and gift taxes, employee stock ownership plans, marital dissolutions, charitable contributions, and buy-sell agreements. Jennifer also provides litigation support analyses to attorneys and their clients. She is past president and treasurer of the Iowa-Nebraska Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers, and currently serves as its vice president.

Lindy Ireland joined BCC in 2006 and specializes in business valuation consulting, including analyses of business interests and intangible assets. Engagements include fairness opinions for stock transactions, acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Lindy is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership and serves on the Boards of Directors of the Iowa-Nebraska Chapter of the ESOP Association and the Greater Des Moines Music Coalition. She is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and forums.

Tom Cavanagh joined BCC’s investment banking team in 2006 and works with BCC’s M&A clients, assisting business owners and managers in identifying and accomplishing their business transfer goals. He also manages BCC’s collaboration with international colleagues on global assignments. Tom is a licensed Iowa Real Estate Agent and a Registered Representative with StillPoint Capital, LLC. He is a member of the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and a founding board member of Morsel Combat, LLC.
