Justin J. Koester joined BCC ADVISERS as a Financial Analyst in October 2007 following a successful internship at the firm.

Mr. Koester is primarily responsible for gathering, synthesizing, analyzing and documenting company background, financial, guideline company, economic and industry information pertinent to arriving at the value of businesses and economic losses and to supporting the development of merger and acquisition intelligence on various M&A projects.

A Mason City, Iowa native, Mr. Koester received his bachelors degree in Economics: Business Analysis from the University of Northern Iowa in 2007. His academic career included a trip to Russia, as he was selected by UNI’s Economic Department to present an economic research paper he’d written to students and faculty at a Moscow business college. Mr. Koester's volunteer activities include work with the Humane Society of Northern Iowa.
