Zachary C. Eubank joined BCC ADVISERS as Financial Analyst in February 2010. Prior to joining BCC ADVISERS, Mr. Eubank was an attorney with Brick Gentry, P.C., serving individual and corporate clients in their various legal needs including business entity formation, contract review and drafting, general business law, estate planning, real estate law and transactions, general litigation and additional legal services.

Mr. Eubank is primarily responsible for the delivery of litigation support and business valuation services to clients of BCC ADVISERS. Business valuations are provided for a variety of purposes including estate and gift taxes, estate planning, patents and other intangible assets, mergers and acquisitions, condemnation of business interests, and litigation (which includes marital dissolutions, lost profits, and other economic damages and analysis).

Mr. Eubank earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Marquette University in 2003. He earned his M.B.A. in 2008 and J.D. from Drake University in 2006, and is licensed to practice law in the state of Iowa. Mr. Eubank is a graduate of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy; a member of the Iowa State, Polk County and American Bar Associations; serves on the board of directors for Youth Homes of Mid-America; and is involved with historical building renovation in Des Moines’ East Village.
