BCC ADVISERS is highly experienced in litigated matters, having been called upon as experts in hundreds of cases by both plaintiffs and defendants. We are accustomed to the time pressures and unique demands of the dispute resolution process.

In addition to providing our expert opinion, we often review the work of analysts retained by our clients and/or by the opposing party. Our reviews include, among other functions, checking the suitability of the methodology and testing assumptions.

We provide a damage analysis that is supported by both theory and fact. We assist the attorney in his/her preparation of document requests, requests for answers to interrogatories and deposition and trial questions. In the early stages of an engagement, we often provide a preliminary review of the issues relating to the damage claim. This gives the attorney a basis for coming to an informed decision as to the economic feasibility of the case.
