Steve Jacobs Completes Investment Banker Licensing Requirements

Steven G. Jacobs, president of BCC Advisers (BCC), recently completed the necessary studies and testing to become a licensed registered representative with Stillpoint Capital, LLC, a licensed broker/dealer located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Stillpoint Capital is a FINRA/SIPC member firm created specifically to work with representatives that assist clients in the M&A advisory business. Stillpoint Capital and its registered representatives are licensed to deal in securities (stock sales) relating to business transfer sales, corporate finance, limited partnerships, and private placements. Mr. Jacobs passed the Series 62, 63 and 79 exams as part of becoming licensed to work through Stillpoint Capital on the abovementioned security transactions.
