News/Articles/EventsRyerson and Nalley Earn CFF Designation BCC Advisers is pleased to announce that Alan D. Ryerson, Senior Vice President and James D. Nalley, Vice President, have been awarded the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Both are CPAs who hold the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the AICPA. Mr. Ryerson holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation within the business valuation discipline of the American Society of Appraisers, while Mr. Nalley holds the Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Requirements to earn the CFF credential include demonstrating significant business experience in the area of financial forensics, as well as completing a minimum of 75 hours of life-long learning and education activities in the area of financial forensics. The CFF credential is granted exclusively to CPAs who are members in good standing with the AICPA, which binds them to the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. Ryerson and Nalley unite to provide expertise to BCC’s clients utilizing almost 50 years of experience in the areas of financial and management projects, business planning and projections, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and litigation support.
