Jennifer A. Julander Joins BCC Advisers
August 2007

Jennifer A. Julander joined BCC Advisers’ business valuation team as Manager in August of 2007, following a successful career with RSM McGladrey, Inc., where she gained over 10 years of experience in valuation services.  Ms. Julander has specialized in the appraisal of closely-held businesses and professional practices in a multitude of industries, including senior housing and long-term care, real estate holding and development, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and auto dealership, as well as mail order, medical practice, construction and retail.  Ms. Julander also has significant experience in family limited partnerships and limited liability companies.

Ms. Julander is primarily responsible for the delivery of business valuation services to clients of BCC ADVISERS.  She works on providing business valuations for a variety of purposes including estate and gift taxes, estate planning, patents and other intangible assets, mergers and acquisitions, condemnation of business interests, and litigation (including dissolutions, lost profits, and other economic damages and analysis). 

Ms. Julander attended Iowa State University, and earned her Bachelor of Science, graduating with honors, from Drake University in May 1992.  She is a candidate for membership in the business valuation discipline of the American Society of Appraisers, a member of the Des Moines Estate Planners and serves as treasurer for the Greater Altoona Girls Softball Association.
