BCC Presents at the IA Chapter of Financial Executives International
September 2007

BCC Advisers was invited to speak at the September 20, 2007 meeting of the Iowa Chapter of Financial Executives International, which was held at the Des Moines Embassy Club in downtown Des Moines, Iowa.  Mark Esbeck, Steve Jacobs and Al Ryerson presented “ESOPs from A to Z”.  The presentation included discussion from “ESOPs 101”, such as why consider an ESOP, pros and cons, applications, valuation nuances and the process, to “ESOPs in M&A”, covering the chronology of an acquisition, ESOPs as an acquisition tool, and representing an ESOP seller.  FEI members, strategic partners, retired CFOs and guests attended the meeting.
